TerraLock Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing TerraLock products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once shipped.

We do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products. Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return only with prior written authorization from TerraLock.

To request a return authorization, please contact us at support@terralock.com within 30 days of purchase. Return requests submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.

If a return is approved, returned items must:

  • Be unopened and unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be returned at the customer’s expense

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

If the damage is confirmed, TerraLock will, at its discretion, issue a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing items, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, damaged, or used products

  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

  • Custom or special-order products


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
