Thank you for shopping with TerraLock. Below you’ll find details about how we process and ship orders to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, shipping method selected, and carrier performance. TerraLock is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States.


Carriers

We ship orders using reputable national carriers such as UPS, depending on order size, destination, and service availability.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Freight & Large Orders

Some large or bulk orders may require freight shipping. If applicable, a member of our team will contact you to coordinate delivery details after your order is placed, using the contact information you provide at checkout.


Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. TerraLock is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged packaging and product.

If your shipment appears lost or delayed beyond the carrier’s estimated delivery window, please reach out to us so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
